How do I place an order?
You can order online through our website for pickup, or call us directly at (956) 351-9503. We do not offer delivery to avoid third party fees, but pickup is fast and easy.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Most orders are ready within 20 to 30 minutes. Larger orders or during peak hours may take a bit longer. We will text you when your order is ready.
Can I customize my order?
Yes. Every combo comes with a drink included and you can add extras like additional shrimp, eggs, corn, potatoes, or butter. Just select your add-ons when ordering.
Do you offer delivery?
We are pickup only from our food truck. Check our Schedule page to see where we will be parked on any given day. Skip the delivery fees and pick up your order directly.
Is your seafood fresh?
Yes. We source our seafood from the Gulf Coast and prepare everything fresh to order. Nothing is pre-cooked or frozen.
Do you cater events?
Yes, we cater events of all sizes from backyard parties to large corporate gatherings. Check our Catering page for packages or call us for custom orders.
How far in advance should I book catering?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for small events and 1 to 2 weeks for larger gatherings. The sooner you book, the better we can accommodate your needs.
Do you have options for people with shellfish allergies?
Our kitchen handles shellfish extensively, so we cannot guarantee a shellfish free environment. We do have sausage and sides that do not contain shellfish, but cross contamination is possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit cards through Square. When ordering online, a small 2.2% processing fee is added to cover card processing costs. In-person cash payments have no extra fee.
Are you open on holidays?
We may have modified hours on major holidays. Follow us on social media or call ahead to confirm hours during holiday seasons.
